YTGrowth (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application. For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• User Profile Information: When you sign in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL. This is used to personalize your experience and manage your account.
• Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

2. Third-Party Services

3. YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services to allow users to interact with YouTube content. By using this App, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The App only accesses public YouTube data (such as channel names, thumbnails, and subscription status) to facilitate the features of the App. We do not store or share your private YouTube credentials.

4. Sensitive Permissions

Overlay (System Alert Window)

The App requires the "Display over other apps" (Overlay) permission. This permission is used solely to provide a seamless multitasking experience, allowing you to view relevant video information or progress timers while interacting with other parts of your device or the App.

5. Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may:

1. Navigate to the Profile section within the App and select Delete Account.
2. Alternatively, send a request via email to lr.mobapps@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Upon receipt of your request, we will delete all your personal data from our servers (Firestore and Firebase Auth) within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., transaction records for Razorpay payments).

6. Financial Information

For any in-app purchases or subscriptions, we use Razorpay as our payment processor. We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers. All financial transactions are handled securely by Razorpay. Please refer to their privacy policy for more details.

7. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
